| Ms.
Christine Kovach is Manager of the Applications Engineering Group
for Xcellon, the Products Division of The AEgis Technologies Group in
support of the acslXtreme Modeling and Simulation software. Ms. Kovach
received her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from University
of Alabama at Huntsville. Since then, Ms. Kovach has gained over 11 years
of experience in Simulation and Modeling with specific knowledge in a
number of fields including, Pharmaceutical, Toxicology, Aerospace and

| Mr.
Robin McDougall is an Applications Engineer with The AEgis Technologies
Group. A mechanical engineering graduate of McGill University in Montreal,
Canada, Robin has spent the last five years working in the modelling and
simulation industry. He provides technical and applications engineering
support for acslXtreme and ACSL and brings all the expertise from solving
hundreds of user problems into the acslXtreme training class. |

Mr.
Patrick M. Cannon is the Southwest Region Director of Operations
for The AEgis Technologies Group, Inc. He has over 27 years experience
with military operations, operations research, and weapon systems evaluation
which includes the use of M&S for analysis, training, and test &
evaluation. Mr. Cannon spent 21 years as an Army combat engineer and
operations research analyst serving as Assistant Professor of Engineering
Management and Operations Research at the US Military Academy, West
Point, NY, Project Manager at the US Army TRADOC Analysis Command, Ft.
Leavenworth, KS, and as Chief of Staff, Joint Advanced Distributed Simulation
Joint Test and Evaluation, Albuquerque, NM - a JT&E investigating
the utility of advanced distributed simulation to test and evaluation.
He has a Masters Degree in Operations Research from Georgia Institute
of Technology and a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Technology from Texas
A&M University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the States
of New Mexico and Virginia. |

Dr.
David Cook is a Senior Research Scientist at AEgis Technologies
Group, Inc., working as Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A)
agent in the Modeling and Simulation area, currently supporting VV&A
for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Airborne Laser (ABL) program. Dave
has 8 years experience in VV&A, and over 30 years experience in software
development and software management. He was formerly as Associate Professor
of Computer Science at the U.S. Air Force Academy (where he was also the
department research director), and also a former deputy department head
of the Software Professional Development Program at the Air Force Institute
of Technology. He was a consultant for the USAF Software Technology Support
Center (STSC) for over six years. Dave has published numerous articles
on software process improvement, software engineering, object-oriented
software development, programming languages, configuration management,
and requirements engineering. He has a Ph.D. in computer science from
Texas A&M University, and is an authorized Personal Software Process

Mr.
Robert M. Gravitz has over 20 years experience in the fields
of research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) of major Department
of Defense (DoD) weapon programs. His focus and emphasis has been materiel
acquisition, program management, systems engineering and integration activities.
He has current, hands-on experience with the verification, validation
and accreditation (VV&A) of complex, hardware-in-the-loop simulation
systems supporting the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense (GMD) and the Ballistic

Mr.
Craig Kief is a Senior Software Engineer at AEgis Technologies
Group, Inc. He has over 20 years of experience in modeling and simulation
and operational test, and 8 years experience teaching at the Pan-American
Advanced Studies Institute and the Ibero American Science and Technology
Education Consortium General Assembly. He is a member of a development
team creating a MATLAB model of the Airborne Laser called the ABL Performance
Assessment Toolkit (ABLPAT), working as a verification, validation, and
accreditation agent for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) supporting the
ABL program. He is also developing a C++ based computer simulation trainer
for the Active Denial System (ADS) directed energy weapon. He worked in
the Policy and Procedures Directorate of the Air Force Operational Test
and Evaluation Center during his military career. He has a Computer Engineering
degree from the University of New Mexico, and has published and lectured
on various computer-engineering related topics. He is a certified Modeling

Mr.
Jake Borah has taught HLA classes or given HLA tutorials throughout
the world from Asia to Europe for the last six years. He is a retired
military officer with over 30 years experience in training and simulation.
Jake is currently a Senior Systems Engineer in the Orlando Office of the
AEgis Technology Group. He is normally assigned as Project Manager or
Technical Lead on projects that require a high degree of modeling and
simulation expertise and a capability to integrate leading edge technology
into ongoing processes. Jake has frequently supported US and Canadian
government sponsored HLA related projects because of his mastery of the

Mr.
Dannie Cutts was a member of the Joint Training Federation prototype
(JTFp) Integration Team, which was one of the four proto-federations used
to evaluate the High Level Architecture prior to its baseline. He also
supported the HLA C2 Experiment, which integrated real world Command and
Control equipment into an existing federation using the Modular Reconfigurable
C4I Interface (MRCI). He has over 15 years experience in Modeling and
Simulation, and has been involved with HLA from its beginning. He has
supported numerous federation developments as well as efforts to bring

Mr.
Mike Lightner is the Director of the Simulation Technologies
and Advanced Research Group at The AEgis Technologies Group, Inc. In this
role, Mr. Lightner establishes, communicates and fosters the vision, goals
and agenda for researching, developing and advancing new and advanced
modeling and simulation (M&S) technologies, techniques and standards
as well as for providing comprehensive M&S training and education
courses. Mr. Lightner currently manages the HLA CADRE outreach efforts
that AEgis provides for the Defense Modeling and Simulation Office (DMSO)
and provides HLA tutorials at selected conferences and workshops for DMSO.
